iTP500 Multifunction Process Calibrator

iTP500 Multifunction Process Calibrator is the new generation of process signal tester. It adopts a new architecture: Android platform + App. The display screen can be separated from the instrument. The simple humanized APP makes the work easier and more efficient. It brings unprecedented flexibility. The instrument communicates using low-power Bluetooth technology and transmits data to mobile smart devices without any problems. This instrument provides a 24V power supply for 2-wire or 3-wire transmitters. The display unit supports WiFi/4G networks, making online app upgration easily!

    Two major functional modules:
    1. Measurement module: High-accuracy simulation output and measurement mV, V, mA, Ω, frequency, eight kinds of thermocouples and four kinds of thermal resistance, switch on/off and pressure measurement. The simulation output and measurement are independent of each other and can work at the same time without interference.
    2. Verification module: Verifies mV, V, mA, Ω, frequency, eight kinds of thermocouples and four types of thermal resistance and pressure measurement, supports the process of multiple measurement points, and generates verification report.

In addition to the above two functions, the instrument’s own calibration function is also perfect. Can calibrate mV, V, mA, Ω, frequency.

    Software parameters and function description:
    1. Input type: used to select the type of measurement or input test to be entered: mV, V, mA, Ω, frequency, eight thermocouples and four thermal resistances, switch on and off, and pressure measurement.
    2. Output type: used to select the type of output or output test: mV, V, mA, Ω, frequency, eight kinds of thermocouple and four kinds of thermal resistance, switch off and pressure measurement.
    3. Input only: only measure or verify the input measurement function of the device under inspection.
    4. Input & Output: Simultaneous measurement or verification of the input and output functions of the device to be inspected.
5, Output only: only measure or verify the output function of the device being tested.
    6. Upper limit: The maximum value of the measuring range of the device to be inspected.
    7. Lower limit: The minimum value of the measuring range of the device to be inspected.
    9. Automatic trigger: You can automatically output the preset test point signal. Step length (%) and step time (S) are required before using the step output function. Among them, the time spent at each test point for a long time is measured in seconds. When the instrument is shipped from the factory, ladder settings for various output functions are pre-stored, and the corresponding ladder is automatically selected according to the selected output function. The user can also reset the ladder as needed. The newly set ladder value will be automatically saved in the internal non-volatile memory to replace the original ladder value.
    10. Manual trigger: You can manually output the preset test point signal. Each press of the button will output a measurement signal in sequence. Similar to automatic triggering.
    11. Number of measuring points: The number of measuring points calibrated or calibrated.
    12. Measuring point: The standard value of the measuring point for verification or calibration.
    13. Positive calibration: Let iTP500 output a standard value , then compare with the real value of the detected instrument to calculate the deviation.
Reverse calibration: Adjust iTP500 let the detected instrument to output(or show) a standard value, then compare the real value of iTP500 and the standard value to calculate deviation.
    14. Inspection company: The report header info, the inspection company of the equipment to be inspected.
    15. Model specifications: report header, model specifications of the equipment being inspected.
    16. Manufacturing plant: The report is headed up and the equipment of the equipment examined is manufactured.
    17. Graduation number: The index number of the equipment to be inspected.
    18. Measuring range: The current equipment’s measuring range is a fixed value.
    19. Checker: The name of the tester.
    20. Verification date: The report date is generated.
    21. The standard value: the ideal value of the test.
    22. Actual measured value: actual measured value of the test.
